If you play without an account, no data is stored on our servers.

Your data is stored securely in a cloud database (Turso). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption before storage. We do not store payment information — FactStack is free to play.

We use browser local storage to keep you logged in between sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
